This class is 1 hour and covers stress, in-laws, and what strengths each of you are bringing to the relationship. Includes 2 personality assessments.

Months and sometimes years go into planning a wedding, which is funny, considering it only lasts for a few hours. While on the other hand, how much time is spent planning for the marriage which will hopefully last forever?

When couples take the personality assessment, they are shown what strengths each are bringing to the relationship. You will also see how you each respond to stress, the people you are surrounded by and what makes you each feel loved, heard and appreciated. (we’ll even give you a “cheat sheet” with quick tips to GETALONG) Once you learn that, now you will understand how to better communicate - which is the basis of all good marriages.

Don’t leave your marriage in a “trial and error” mode. You planned for a wedding and your marriage will last a lot longer than that.

 
Teen and parent DISC personality Assessment How 2 get along

This class is 1 hour and includes a teen extended assessment. DISCover communication, motivation and career choices. Great for portfolios and applications. A positive way to build self-efficacy.

The first place to start is getting them to like themselves. Yes, it’s true. Teens are wonderful and need to hear good, positive feedback telling them what their strengths are and how they are valuable to others.

When they take the personality assessment, they will receive encouraging statements about what they are good at and ways to make those good things even better. We will go over some ideas for career choices and include a parent and teachers guide to communicating and motivating this soon to be fledgling.

So, how do you get someone to know, like and trust you? You learn to speak their language. I am an I/D. I know how to speak the “S” language but I am not fluent and I have a pretty heavy I/D accent. BUT! I can get by well enough to make a connection with an “S” and that’s a good start.

Learning the DISC model of human behavior will help you understand what you are saying and how to adjust what you say when you are speaking to your next customer or client.
